• ห้น่วยงานเฉพิาะกําากับ ไม่เห้็นด้้วยกับการนําาออกจาก บัญชีีท้ายฯ โด้ยมีข้อกังวลว่ากฎห้มายว่าด้้วยการประกัน ชีีวิต่และกฎห้มายว่าด้้วยการประกันวินาศภัย ไม่ได้้กําาห้นด้ ห้ลักเกณฑ์์และเงือนไขเกียวกับสืัด้สื่วนการถือหุ้้นของค์น ต่่างด้้าวและกําาห้นด้นิยามค์นต่่างด้้าวในการประกอบธุุรกิจ ด้ังกล่าวไว้ สื่งผลให้้จะต่้องแก้ไข/ปรับปรุงกฎห้มายเฉพิาะ เพิือรองรับการนําาธุุรกิจด้ังกล่าวออกจากบัญชีีท้ายฯ
• Business related to specified agencies still don’t agree with the offer to remove the business from the lists. There is concern that the life insurance law, and non- life insurance laws do not specify rules and conditions regarding the shareholding percentage of foreign shareholders and do not define the definition of foreigners in conducting business. As mentioned, this results in the need to amend/improve specific laws to support the removal of such businesses from the final list.

For the “Freelancers who are not Thai nationality with special skills (High Professional Level) providing services in businesses related to the target industry (workation)” which is a new service business that is in line with government’s policy, the Commission will consider reviewing it in the future if there is a clear policy.
