และการค์้าสื่งสืินค์้า เป็นต่้น นอกจากนี ค์นต่่างด้้าวทีได้้รับ ห้นงั สือื รบั รองการประกอบธุรุ กจิ ของค์นต่า่ งด้า้ ว ต่ามมาต่รา 11 กรณไี ด้ร้ บั สืทิ ธุต่ิ ามสืนธุสืิ ญั ญาและค์วามต่กลงระห้วา่ งประเทศ ทีไทยเป็นภาค์ีห้รือมีพิันธุกรณี จําานวน 97 ราย ซึงเป็นกรณีที ได้้รับสืิทธุิต่ามสืนธุิสืัญญาทางไมต่รีและสืัมพิันธุ์ทางเศรษฐกิจ ระห้ว่างไทยกับสืห้รัฐอเมริกา โด้ยลงทุนในธุุรกิจ อาทิ การทําา กิจการนายห้น้า/ค์้าปลีก/ค์้าสื่ง การขายอาห้ารและเค์รืองด้ืม และธุุรกิจบริการให้้ค์ําาปรึกษาแนะนําา เป็นต่้น
manufacturing, computer services, and wholesales, etc. There were 97 foreign entities holding Foreign Business Certificate under the privilege based on the Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations between Thailand and the United States of America and the business categories in which they are investing most, such as brokerage agency/retail/ wholesale, sale of food and beverage, and consulting business, etc.

Chapter Revision Categories of Businesses in The Lists Annexed to the Foreign Business Act, B.E. 2542
(1999) for the year 2024
ค์ณะกรรมการฯ มกี ารด้าํา เนนิ การต่ามมาต่รา 9 วรรค์สือง ของกฎห้มายว่าด้้วยการประกอบธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว ทีกําาห้นด้ให้้ค์ณะกรรมการฯ พิิจารณาทบทวนประเภท ธุุรกิจต่ามบัญชีีท้ายพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิการประกอบธุุรกิจของ ค์นต่่างด้้าว พิ.ศ. 2542 เป็นประจําาทุกปี โด้ยมีผลการพิิจารณา ในปี พิ.ศ. 2567 ค์ือ เสืนอเห้็นค์วรให้้ธุุรกิจ จําานวน 2 รายการ ธุุรกิจ ถอดออก จากบัญชีีท้ายพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิฯ ได้้แก่
1) ธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวเน่ือง สนับสนุน หรือจําเป็นต่อ กรประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์หรือธุรกิจสัญญซื้อขย ลว่ งหน้ ประกอบด้ว้ ยกจิ กรรมการให้บ้ รกิ าร 7 ประเภท (ต่ามที สืําานักงาน ก.ล.ต่. เสืนอ) ได้้แก่
• การให้บ้ รกิ ารค์าํา นวณห้รอื รบั รองมล้ ค์า่ ทรพิั ยสื์ นิ สืุทธุิ (NAV) ของกองทุนรวม
• การให้้บริการข้อม้ล ข่าวสืาร รวมถึงการจัด้ อบรมเกยี วกบั ผลต่ิ ภณั ฑ์แ์ ละบรกิ ารในต่ลาด้ทนุ
• การให้้บริการประเมินม้ลค์่าทรัพิย์สืิน
• การให้้บริการเป็นต่ัวแทนใชี้สืิทธุิออกเสืียง
• การให้เ้ ชีา่ อสืงั ห้ารมิ ทรพิั ยห้์ รอื การใชีป้ ระโยชีน์
ในพิืนทีเห้ลือใชี้
• การให้้บริการเป็นสืําานักงานผ้้แทนของบริษัท
ห้ลักทรัพิย์จัด้การลงทุนต่่างประเทศ ภายใต่้ โค์รงการจัด้การลงทุนต่่างประเทศ (cross- border mutual fund)
• การให้้บริการเกียวกับธุุรกิจทีเกียวเนือง สืนับสืนุน ห้รือจําาเป็นต่่อการประกอบธุุรกิจ ห้ลักทรัพิย์ห้รือธุุรกิจสืัญญาซือขายล่วงห้น้า
According to paragraph two, section 9 of the Act, the Commission is required to review categories of businesses in the lists annexed to the Act at least once every duration of one year. This year, the result of considering the types of businesses were suggested to be removed from the lists annexed to the Act, namely:
1) Businessesrelatedtosupportingornecessary for securities business or derivatives business consisting of 7 types of service activities (as proposed by the SEC Office):
• Providing services for calculating or certifying the net asset value (NAV) of mutual funds
• Providing information, news, and training regarding capital market products and services
• Providing property valuation services
• Providing services as a representative to
exercise voting rights
• Renting real estate or using surplus land
• Providing services as a representative office for
foreign investment management companies. Under the foreign investment management project (cross-border mutual funds)
• Providing services related to businesses related to, supporting, or necessary for operating securities or derivatives businesses.
