Only management, marketing, human resources. and information technology for (a) securities business operators or other derivatives business operators; (b) affiliated companies of the business operators
2) Aircraft maintenance service business
• Type one for aircraft maintenance
• Type two for maintaining important aircraft
components
• Type three for maintenance of aircraft
equipment and parts.
The reason for allowing such businesses to be
removed; i.e. the business has specific law so it will reduce the duplication in the supervision of the government sector, Thai entrepreneurs are ready to compete with foreign entrepreneurs, and it will promote equality between business operators that Thai and foreign business operators will give the quality services so that service users have more choices to access the products and services increasingly. In this regard, the Commission has taken the results of revision the types of businesses list annexed to the Act and presented to the Minister of Commerce.
1) In 2024, the investigation conducted on foreign business operations as follows:
(1) The investigation into the compliance of the law or prescribed conditions revealed that 380 companies were subject to investigation and the results were that 309 companies (81%) were in full compliance with the law and 71 companies (19%) contravened the law, such as not explaining the facts and not submitting documentary evidence for inspection or terminate business operations, etc.
(2) Follow up on the inbound remittance of minimum capital of 55 licenses. However, there are 58 foreign juristic persons who have notified the remittance of

Good Governance and Foreign Business
1) กรติดตมตรวจสอบกรประกอบธุรกิจของ คนต่งด้วในรอบปี 2567 มีด้ําาเนินการ ด้ังนี
(1) คนต่งด้วได้ประกอบธุรกิจเป็นไปตมที่ ได้รับอนุญต และมีกรถ่ยทอดเทคโนโลยีตมแผน ซึง จากการต่รวจสือบ จําานวน 380 ราย พิบว่า เป็นธุุรกิจทีปฏิบัต่ิ ถ้กต่้องต่ามกฎห้มาย จําานวน 309 ราย (ร้อยละ 81) ปฏิบัต่ิ ไม่ถ้กต่้องต่ามกฏห้มาย จําานวน 71 ราย (ร้อยละ 19) เชี่น ไมชี่ แี จงขอ้ เทจ็ จรงิ และไมสื่ ง่ เอกสืารห้ลกั ฐานให้ต่้ รวจสือบ ห้รอื เลิกประกอบธุุรกิจ เป็นต่้น
(2) กรติดตมกรนําส่งทุนขั้นตํา่ของนิติบุคคล ต่ งด้ วทไ่ี ดร้ บั อนญุ ต โด้ยมแี ผนการต่ด้ิ ต่าม จาํา นวน 55 ราย แต่่มีนิต่ิบุค์ค์ลต่่างด้้าวแจ้งการนําาสื่งทุนขันต่ําาต่ามจําานวนและ
