does not have a policy to lower prices in order to compete with other auction operators, the Company
emphasizes our main priority on service quality improvement to meet the customers’ needs.
2. Product and Service Strategies
The Company has a main policy to focus on improving the quality of service throughout the
auction processes, i.e., before, during and after auction, by aiming on development of services covering all
stages, to create convenience for customers and support the growth potential of the business sustainably.
Outstanding points on services include:

“AUCT Place” The Company successfully launches a new auction yard at the head office
under the name of AUCT Place, which is modern, and uplifts standards of services to meet all customer
needs in one place (one stop service), as well as develops the Rangsit Branch to have the same standard
as the head office by launching a modern auction yard like the head office. There are approximately 70
rais of parking areas to support the auction at the head office and approximately 100 rais at Rangsit
Branch. The Company also has warehouses in various regions across the country to facilitate the customers
and accommodate the vehicles entering the auction. Held Roaming auction at other provinces in every
region at convenient locations for easy travel for bidders that had a maximum capacity of 2,000 cars per
auction, to meet the needs of customers.

The Company has teams of experts in vehicle valuation and auction process management
who have had competency for more than 34 years, by adhering to the principles of transparency and
fairness, providing purchasers and sellers with efficient and reliable experiences.

The Company’s number of purchasers, from both entrepreneurs’ group and actual users’
group, increased continually, resulting in robust auction competition, consequently, the auction prices are
appropriate and beneficial to both purchasers and sellers, reflecting the strong point of the Company’s
auction system.

The Company placed emphasis on the security of its properties by executing the fire insurance
policy and the industrial all risks insurance policy, installing a CCTV system covering all areas, and establishing
a CCTV control room with security guards throughout 24 hours. There is also a team to regularly monitor
the efficiency of the system to build confidence in consigners and service users.

The Company has developed an online auction system that is efficient and easy to use with
service experts to provide recommendations on application for online auction, supports payment via QR
payment instead of cash and refunds money for banner deposit within the next business day. At the same,
the Company continues developing the system and it is now in the process of developing a new auction
system with modern technology to better respond to the needs of users, that is expected to be operated
by middle of 2026.

The Company has provided a pre-registration service for online auctions to increase
convenience and reduce congestion at the service points, resulting in increased ratio of online service
users.
