Private vehicle inspection center: The Company developed and expanded its vehicle inspection
services to support transactions related to vehicle auctions and to support more general customers, by
starting to open two private vehicle inspection centers at the Head Office and Rangsit Branch with plans
to further expand to provincial branches.

Compulsory motor insurance and motor insurance (voluntary insurance) service: The Company
has cooperated with the insurance companies to increase services on compulsory motor insurance policy
to meet the needs of customers who purchased vehicles from the auction and general customers, by
emphasizing convenience, speed, and reliability.

Tires Distribution: Tires are products with a high turnover rate and are in constant demand
from the service users. Therefore, the Company has studied guidelines to expand the tires products
distribution to support the customers’ needs after purchase and to strengthen completeness of vehicle
auction services.
3. Sales strategies and distribution channels (Place)
The Company has established auction places covering all regions of Thailand. At present, the
Company has 13 auction places to support demand of the customers, both purchasers and sellers.
Distribution of auction places at various regions cannot only facilitate the customers, and increase the
Company’s presence in the local level, but it can also reduce the cost on property transportation because
the Company mainly focuses on arrangement of auction in areas close to the Company’s properties storage
areas. There are 2 types of auction: raising of the auction banner (wristband) at the auction place and
on-line auction via AUCT Live system where the participant can participate in auction on real-time without
travelling to the auction yard which received good feedback from the customers who prefer to use technology
on purchasing and selling of vehicles and it is also an important factor that can help to increase flexibility
of the Company’s vehicle distribution processes. Moreover, the Company also increases auction channels
via AUCT BID system which opens opportunities for the customers to participate in auction of products
throughout 24 hours to support the customer’s behavior who need flexibility on auction.
4. Sales Promotion Strategies
The Company has specified the marketing policy under the concept of long-term customer
relationship development to maintain the existing customer bases together with the increase of new
customer bases continually with target to expand market share and strengthen sustainability in business
operations.
Sale promotional strategies are divided into 2 main parts, as follows:
1) Maintaining Existing Customers
With more than 34 years of experiences in business operations, the Company has a large
and a variety of customer database, whereas in 2024, the Company has the highest number of auctioned
customers since its business operations, reflecting the confidence that customers have in the quality of
the Company’s products and services on continued basis. This is a specific customer base that the
