3. Social interaction is very critical. They will be introduced to all employees via a
Company tour. You can even assign a " workplace buddy" to ensure that your
new employee has someone to talk to, which is important in the first nerve-
wracking weeks of a new job.
4. Equipment Setup & other procedures.
5. Meeting with reporting team to make sure roles and responsibilities are
outlined.
