                        aware of the critical                                               policies like leaves, health


                        insurance, probation, transportation, etc which impacts



                        both the the professional and personal life.



                                A good project / account on-boarding complemented with a strong ramp up                                                     plan

                                which involves KT, transition etc coupled with interaction with the senior

                                management and                client stakeholders will help the new employee settle down and

                                be comfortable at the work place.
