Day 1 is the first formal impression of the company and it's culture that an

                      employee experiences. A well designed Induction program can help in

                      orientation  of the employees towards the company's vision, mission, current

                      year goals, formal  org structure, key people, policies and processes. The use

                      of technology for creating  a gamified orientation program can make this


                      more interesting and engaging.


                                      A joining kit comprising of company branded stationery/desk items creates a

                                      good  impression. Videos about employee testimonials, career growth stories,


                                      rewards &  recognition, fun @ work, etc. can all be used effectively to engage a

                                      new hire. A  welcome speech by any member of the senior leadership can be

                                      used as an  inspirational tool to motivate the employees.
