RACI
• Responsibility: This refers to the individual or group who is ultimately responsible
for the successful completion of a task or achieving a specific outcome. The
responsible party has the authority and obligation to make decisions, take
necessary actions, and be answerable for the results.
• Accountability: Accountability pertains to the individual or group who will be held
accountable for the results or consequences of a task or decision.
• Consulted: The individuals or groups who should be consulted are those whose
input or expertise is sought during decision-making processes. (Note: provide
valuable insights or recommendations based on their knowledge and experience).
• Informed: Those who need to be informed are individuals or groups who should
receive regular updates or notifications about the progress, outcomes, or decisions
related to a task or project. They have a stake or interest in the process or outcome
but are not responsible for execution or decision-making.
