Prioritization of Forms

          • Frequency of Use: Assess the frequency at which the form is used within
the business process. Forms that are used frequently are strong

candidates for electronic reengineering as they can significantly benefit
from the efficiencies offered by automation.

          • Complexity and Length: Evaluate the complexity and length of the form.

Complex forms with numerous fields or intricate calculations are often
prone to errors in manual data entry. Automating such forms can improve
accuracy and reduce the time required for completion.

          • Volume of Data: Consider the volume of data being captured or processed

by the form. If the form deals with large amounts of data, manual handling
and processing can be time-consuming and error-prone. Electronic forms

can facilitate efficient data entry, storage, and retrieval.
