Brooklyn Bedford Stuyvesant Lions Club’s President William H. Williams participated in his Bronx Alumni
Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., partnering with F.L.O.W. Ministries. This annual event provides
three hundred (300) students with free book bags filled with school supplies. The community looks forward
to the event and really appreciate the donated supplies.

BROOKLYN METROPOLIS Serves from the Heart

BACK TO SCHOOL PROGRAM COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

On August 21, 2021, Brooklyn Metropolis Lions Club The Police Department of the City of New York held its 38th
participated with the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church to Annual "National Night Out Against Crime". The club donated
provide back to school items to 50 needy children in the water to this event which saw the police getting to know its
community. A total of $250.00 was contributed to this community and exchanging valuable information amongst
project. Lion President and two lions participated in this various community groups. Approximately 450 persons were at
project. the community fair getting valuable information. The club also
received a Certificate of Appreciation for its continued support,
dedication and participation to this annual event.
