GUIDELINES:

HOW TO SUBMIT ARTICLES

FOR PUBLICATION

IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE:

FLIERS AND THE DISPATCH OF DISTRICT PROJECTS MUST HAVE PRIOR
AUTHORIZATION FROM THE DISTRICT GOVERNOR.

1. Each club is entitled to submit ONE service project for publication in each edition

of the E-News / Magazine.

2. Reports must be concise (no more than 250 words) and submitted as an attached
WORD document (PDFs will not be accepted)

3. JPEG photos should tell a story to complement the article.

a. Attach same with explanatory short captions.

b. (MAXIMUM OF 3 PICS ONLY)

4. Submit articles and photos as attached files, (NOT EMBEDDED in the body

of the email.)

5. Send to ENews@20K1lions.org

NOTES:
a. In the spirit of Lionism and courtesy to the E-News Team, members are urged to respect the
timelines of published deadlines.

b. The editor reserves the right to edit articles where necessary.

c. SUBMISSIONS DEADLINE FOR FALL ( NOVEMBER EDITION) IS NOVEMBER 5, 2021.
