Loyal Visitors to Aruba Honored as Emerald Ambassadors!

EAGLE BEACH - Recently the Aruba
Tourism Authority had the great
pleasure of honoring a pair of loyal
and friendly visitors of Aruba at
the Aruba Beach Club as Emerald
Ambassadors! The symbolic
honorary title is presented in the
name of the Minister of Tourism as
a token of appreciation for guests
who visit Aruba for 35-or-more
consecutive years.
The honorees were Mr. Lyon and
Mrs. Linda Howe of Yonkers, New
York, who started coming to Aruba
36 years ago!
Lyon and Linda are regular guests
of the Aruba Beach Club and they
love Aruba very much because of
the friendly people, the weather,
the beaches, the restaurants, the
Casinos, and just about everything
else! They say Aruba feels like a
second home where the people are
like family to them, and the Aruba
Beach Club is truly their ‘home-
away-from-home.’
The Emerald Ambassador Certificate
and special Commemorative Coin
were presented by Mr. Jonathan
Boekhoudt representing the Aruba
Tourism Authority together with
friends, family and Mrs. Kenia Brito
from the Aruba Beach Club. q
