               The  Central  Bank  of  Aruba  (CBA)  plays  an  essential  role  in  ensuring  financial  stability  and

               promoting a sound monetary and financial system in Aruba.


                              We are looking for a President for the Central Bank of Aruba

                                                        Fulltime | Oranjestad, Aruba




               As President of the CBA, you are ultimately responsible for formulating and implementing monetary policy,
               promoting  the  stability  of  the  financial  system,  and  safeguarding  the  integrity  of  the  financial  sector.  The

               President acts as an independent authority within the legal framework of Aruba as laid down in the National
               Ordinance on the Central Bank of Aruba and reports to the Minister of Finance. You lead the organization and
               represent the CBA both nationally and internationally.

                  •    A completed university degree in general or                   •   Excellent strategic and managerial insight,

              The appointment is for a period of 5 years with a one-time possibility of reappointment for an additional 5
