event at lovely De Suiker-
tuin restaurant on King’s
Day, April 27. From 2 – 5 pm
it’s time to toast to him and
his gorgeous Queen Max-
ima with three excellent
wines from Pepia Est and
sumptuous snacks.
The High Wine is a new con-
cept: it is a mix between
a brunch and a cocktail
hour. At De Suikertuin in the
Wilhelminastraat down-
town, you will be served a
variety of small bites that
go together well with the
wines. Reservations are re-
quired for this event.
The first wine, a Villa Sandi
Prosecco, will be accom-
panied by a fish duo, ol-
ives and feta cheese and
a crostini with grouper and
dill, followed by a croque-
monsieur with a tomato-
basil soup.
