            I have just returned from Luxury Travel Advisor’s ULTRA Summit where we had the
            opportunity to have 10 minute one on one appointments with luxury travel advisors for 2-
            days.  I wanted you to know that I included FCA in my conversations.  Some were aware of
            your service, others were very interested.

             First Class Aruba has become not only a vital role in my team’s selling point for the affluent
            market, but a service I now have been accustomed to using every time I travel through our
            airport.  As I clearly tell my travel advisors and consumers at shows, the service is more than
            expediting; which is amazing in itself.  It is about the service that goes along with it.  This is
            what Aruba needs in attracting the more affluent clientele that we are targeting.  Especially
            with St Regis being built and the expansion of the Aruba Ocean Villas.  Many other
            destinations focus on the expediting and have little to no service at all.  This personal kind of
            service is what appeals to so many people especially when traveling.  It makes a long
            exhausting day, bearable and a bit more pleasant.  I am the type of person who has absolutely
            no patients for lines, even at banks or grocery stores so I like the self checks or online
            options.  I also do not like crowds.  There are others like me out there.  Some people cannot
            pick their bag up off of the carrousel due to surgery or other reasons.  Again, it is about
            service.  I like to loving refer to your team as “airport butlers”.  Thank you for the
            professionalism that you and your entire team continue to show.  I know that I along with my
            team, will continue to promote your services to our travelers.
