Azure Beach Residences brakes ground in Eagle Beach
The Pering Group develop-
ers of Oceania Residenc-
es and Blue Residences
is adding Azure Beach
Residences to its exclusive
portfolio of luxury condo-
minium developments in
Aruba.
The property will feature
106 spacious whole-own-
ership condominium units
and 9 superb villas that will
be built in two phases, with
the first scheduled for com-
pletion by the first quarter
