                                                                                                    FOLSOM, Calif. (AP) — The NBA is sending players and

                                                                                                    as part of a new effort designed to lessen the stigmas
                                                                                                    around those behind bars.
                                                                                                    The Sacramento Kings kicked off the first in a nation-
