What is the part you love most about your job?
What I like most about my job is building the relationships
with the people, leaving a mark on them and they on their
turn on me, is enjoyable. There is a lot of history at this prop-
erty and our members love to share their stories with us
My name is Starr Ramos, I am the Marketing, Communications, back from when they purchased preconstruction in ’85 and

home away from home” but for us it’s “your own piece of
Aruba” since we offer lifelong ownership to our suites with
the option to pass on ownership to beneficiaries. Which is
different compared to other time share resorts, we don’t
work with points or fixed years.
We are considered a smaller resort, which is noticeable, our
members know our staff and they’ve established a personal
