12. AFTER ACCEPTING A VISIT:

        14. Reschedule: Patient needs to be rescheduled for another day in the work week (Sunday

        to Saturday).

        15. Reassign: Only use if the office calls for a new worker to take the visit.  If this is chosen,
        then you will have to choose to whom you spoke about this reassignment.


        16. Miss: You are at the end of the medicare work week and for whatever reason the
        patient cannot be seen. A coordination note will automatically appear for you to indicate
        that you have informed the MD of the missed visit. We should NOT miss visits early in the
        week.


        17. Sync device after selection
        ***For best practice, write a scheduler notification note to give a note to the scheduler

        regarding your reasons for reassigning, declining, or rescheduling a visit.
