                Job Description
                      Drive  strategic  and  tactical  marketing  partnership  initiatives  with  partners  to
                        strengthen brand awareness and tap into their user bases/assets for advertising
                      Identify partnership opportunities and provides this feedback to other stakeholders
                      Develop product requirements, business process, and strategic direction and planning
                        to enable product adoption beyond Traveloka Platform.
                      Develop and manage relationship building and management frameworks
                      Develop and execute relationship management towards business partners
                      Be able to negotiate, prioritize and gain best results/outcome for partnership while
                        managing win-win solutions for all parties
                      Have  close  collaboration  with  other  stakeholders  (i.e.  product  team,  marketing)  to
                        ensure alignment of partnership/relationship management efforts towards the goals
                      Lead and coordinate the execution of the planned partnership initiatives end-to-end
                        (incl.  proposal/sales  pitch  development,  negotiation  with  partners,  initiative  lock-
                        down, monitoring and optimization)
                Qualifications
                      5+ years of working experience in reputable e-commerce/banking/financial services is
                        preferred
                      Have solid experience in negotiation with third-party, SoE from various industries
                      Have excellent cognitive and analytical skills, grit to get things done, critical-thinking
                        and growth-mindset
                      Commercial focus, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
                      A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence
                      Fluent in written and spoken English
