Job Description
 Developing growth strategies and plans
 Leading and mentoring members of your team, arranging external training where
appropriate
 Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
 Increasing client base
 Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
 Negotiating with stakeholders
 Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
 Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
 Drafting and reviewing contracts
 Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Minimum Qualifications
 At least 3 years of working experience in the Digital Media Company as a Sales Group
Head, Sales Manager, or other relevant position
 Have a good skill in leadership, strong analytical & logical thinking
 Experience with design and implementation of Business Development Strategy
 Passionate in digital, event management, and media advertising
 Fluent in English
