In China, 27-year-old Shi Xioagang is banking on the Chinese
                 government's adoption of technologies like AI and AR to grow

                 his startup, Xloong. The company produces AR-powered goggles
                 that superimpose virtual information on to a real-world view.
                 Aided by government grants, they are now making AR glasses
                  for Chinese police to help them identify and catch suspects. The
                 connected gear, which look similar to ordinary spectacles, can

                 recognize  faces  and  cross  reference  them  with  profiles  on
                 China’s national ID databases to identify potential suspects.
