My problem
Dear Micka,

Long time no see. I will go straight to the point,ok?I have a problem with my boss at my new office.
He always yells to everyone including to me and speak harshly when I or my colleagues do mistakes
in completing our tasks. As you know, I am a sensitive person and I don’t like the way he treats us.
Actually, I like my new job but having a boss like him drives me crazy. What should I do?

Dear Alysha,

After I read your email, I think you should not think about your boss too much. It has become his
character and it will be difficult to change that. It is better for you to focus on yourself when you
work. I mean, try your best to do your job and not to make any mistakes. Also, it is a good idea to
hang out with your colleagues sometimes to create more comfortable atmosphere around you at the
office. I think that is all I can say. Hopefully, everything will be better.
