1 Add appropriate punctuation to these letters to fully recognize and understand the letter.
Punctuation plays a crucial role when writing, especially, a business letter. Improper use or absence of
punctuation may lead to misunderstanding and/or meaning hindrance. Check the following list of
punctuation to guide you.
