The Present Perfect tense is used to describe actions or situations that occurred at an unspecified time in
the past and are relevant to the present.
Look at these sentences from the dialogue!

Affirmative: Subject + has/have + past participle Negative: Subject + has/have + not + past participle
Example: "Your condition has improved significantly." Example: "You have not experienced any side
effects."

Interrogative: Has/Have + subject + past participle?
Example: "Have you noticed any improvement in your
breathing?"
