                       that show improvement or deterioration.

                Excerpt 1: Nurse Maria and Patient Ali
                Nurse Maria     :  “Assalamu alaikum, Mr. Ali, I see from your chart that your blood pressure has
                                  improved since you started the new medication.”
                Mr. Ali         :  “Wa alaikum assalam. Yes, I’ve noticed I’m not feeling as dizzy lately.”
                Nurse Maria     :  “That’s a good sign. Have you had any headaches this week?”
                Mr. Ali         :  “No, I haven’t had any headaches since last week.”




                Excerpt 2: Nurse Rizki and Patient Mrs. Aisyah
                Nurse Rizki     :  “Assalamu alaikum, Mrs. Aisyah, your appetite has declined, which could affect
                                  your recovery.”
