Complete the blanks in the dialogue with the appropriate expressions.

Nurse Santi : Assalammu’alaikum. Good morning, Mrs. Widya. I am Nurse Santi. Now that your
transfusion is complete, I’d like to check on how you’re feeling. Can you tell me
                                 about your current condition? (1) ... "
Mrs. Widya : Wa’alaikumsalam. Morning, nurse. I feel mostly okay, but I do notice some mild
                                 dizziness."
Nurse Santi : "Thank you for letting me know. Dizziness is a common reaction after a transfusion.
I’ll recheck your vital signs to ensure everything is stable. (2) ... "
Mrs. Widya : "No, I don’t feel anything like that, just the dizziness."
Nurse Santi : "That’s good to hear. (3) ... , such as a headache, fever, or any swelling at the IV
                                 site?"
Mrs. Widya : "No, I haven’t noticed any of those."
Nurse Santi : "Great. Sometimes mild dizziness happens as your body adjusts to the new blood.
It usually resolves within a few hours. I’ll ensure you’re well-hydrated and
encourage you to rest for a while."
Mrs. Widya : "Okay, thank you. Is there anything I should be watching for?"
Nurse Santi : "Yes. Some possible side effects after a transfusion include fever, chills, rash,
nausea, or difficulty breathing. If you notice any of these, it’s essential to inform us
immediately. These could indicate an allergic reaction or other rare complications.
                                 (4) ... like the ones I have already mentioned?"
Mrs. Widya : "No, I don’t feel any of those side effects after the transfusion. But, what can I do
                                 if those happen?"
Nurse Santi : "That’s a relief. If you experience itching or a mild rash, I can administer an
antihistamine. For fever or chills, we’ll monitor your temperature and may give you
medication to lower it. More severe symptoms, like breathing difficulty, require
immediate attention, and we’ll provide oxygen or other necessary interventions.
                                 (5) ... "
Mrs. Widya : "No. Thank God I am not experiencing any of those severe symptoms. Alright,
                                 then. That’s reassuring."
Nurse Santi : "I’ll stay close by for the next hour to monitor you. If everything looks good, we’ll
remove the IV line and make sure you’re comfortable before discharge. Please let
me know if the dizziness worsens or if you feel any other unusual symptoms."
Mrs. Widya : "I will certainly do that. Thank you for explaining everything."
Nurse Santi : "Of course, Mr. Daniels. Rest now, and I’ll check in again shortly.
                                 Assalammu’alaikum."
Mrs. Widya : ”Well-understood, Nurse. Thank you very much. Wa’alaikumsalam.”
