Data Center Operations
We also need to assess data center operations. I have recorded the audit objective as “Determine
whether the data centers that impact service have adequate infrastructure to prevent outages or
service interruptions.” I recorded the risk as “Provider is unable to provide or maintain service
directory.”
Program/Project Management
Our last audit step is to discuss project/program management. The audit objective is “Determine
whether the organization follows a standard methodology to manage projects.” The risk is “Project
does not meet business objectives; project overruns the schedule and/or budget.”
