To fasten spoon bait, spinners, wobblers, or flies to the fishing line you need
a few more knots.
The palomar knot
This is a great bait knot for both spoon baits and flies. It is particularly good
to use on Fireline lines.
Tie it like this:
1. Fold the line in half and thread the loop through the eye of the bait/hook.
2. Follow the illustration by drawing the loop over the bait/hook.
