When Calling in load information to Chad or Jo
• We will no longer take information if you are driving
o Always make sure your truck & trailer #' s are correct
o Always state the Port crossing o When using our PAPS #'s
Clearly read the #'s and always double check them Once your PAPS sticker has been used, throw away so they aren't used for your next load out of Canada
