Green or Paradox Smoothie
1 cup spinach, sautéed in walnut oil with 10 walnuts
1 Veggie Burger with guacamole
1⁄2 cup okra, sliced + 1⁄2 cup mushrooms, sliced + 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
(sauté veggies in avocado and garlic)
1⁄2 sliced avocado, 10 baby carrots and 1⁄2 cup jicama
4 ounces pasture-raised chicken (sauté in 2 Tbsp. avocado oil, lemon juice, other herbs of choice
Serve over arugula tossed with olive oil, lemon juice and salt. 1 sliced peach (or local fruit in season)
Muffin- see Recipes 1⁄2 avocado
Kale chips, drizzle with avocado oil and sea salt
(Wash several kale leaves, dry thoroughly. Bake 300 F for 5+ minutes, check often as they are easy to burn)
1/4 cup nuts
1⁄2 avocado, 1⁄4 jicama, sliced + 1⁄2 cup carrots
1 oz organic sour cream + dill or herbs of choice (mix together as a dip for the jicama and carrots)
1⁄2 cup coconut milk dairy-free frozen dessert
4 ounces turkey, sliced
1⁄2 beet, sliced + 2 Siete cassava tortillas (wrap turkey and beets in 2 tortillas)
