Green Smoothie 1⁄4 cup nuts
Avocado Toast -1 pastured egg cooked to taste + 1⁄2 sliced avocado served on 1 warm Siete Cassava tortilla
Cut up veggies with Easy Avocado Dip
4 ounces wild caught salmon (heat 2 Tbsp. avocado oil to high,
then add salt, lemon juice and salmon. Cook 3 minutes on each side.
1⁄2 cup onions, sliced + 1 cup spinach, sliced - sauté both veggies in avocado oil and flavor with garlic, lemon juice and sea salt.

1⁄4 cup nuts
1⁄4 jicama, sliced + 1⁄2 cup carrots
1 oz organic sour cream + dill or herbs of choice (mix together as a dip for the jicama and carrots)
1⁄2 cup coconut milk dairy-free frozen dessert
4 ounces turkey, roasted
1⁄2 cup sliced beets (raw) - serve on top of turkey 1 cup roasted Brussels sprouts
