Green Smoothie
1⁄2 cup fruit in season and yogurt (goat, coconut, sheep, unsweetened)
10-12 whole walnuts, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped + 1 cup cauliflower, chopped 2 tbsp. avocado oil + garlic
(Sauté broccoli, cauliflower, and garlic on oil. Mix together with walnuts season with salt or herbs of choice)
Romaine lettuce with guacamole
4 ounces wild caught salmon
1 cup spinach and onions sautéed in avocado oil. Flavor with garlic, lemon juice and sea salt.
Green Smoothie
1⁄2 cup fruit in season and yogurt (goat, coconut, sheep, unsweetened)
4 ounces turkey, sliced
1⁄2 beet, sliced + 2 small Siete cassava tortillas
(wrap turkey and beets in 2 tortillas)
Mix 2 ounces plain yogurt + 1 tsp stevia + sprinkle of dill (mix to create a dip for the wraps)
Cut veggies with Easy Avocado Dip
Root Veggie Burger (i.e.: Hilary’s or other brand)
1 leaf butter lettuce leaves (use leaf to wrap burger) + 1 small sweet potato topped with 1 tsp French salted butter, sprinkle of cinnamon and stevia.
