Muffin - see Recipes 1⁄2 avocado
1 cup spinach, sautéed in walnut oil with 10 walnuts
4 ounces pastured turkey, thinly sliced
2 cups kale and spinach, chopped + 1⁄4 cup carrots, sliced + 1⁄4 cup Olive oil + lemon juice + herbs mixed with dressing
Cut veggies with Easy Avocado Dip
Cabbage Steak
2 larges cups red lettuce + 1⁄4 sliced onions
(mix as a salad and top with 2 tbsp. oil + lemon + herbs dressing)

1⁄4 cup nuts
4 ounces salmon
Roasted artichoke heart
2 Tbsp. avocado oil, garlic, and sea salt - combine oil, garlic, and salt to use as dipping oil for artichoke heart
Cut veggies with Easy Avocado Dip (see recipe)
4 ounces pasture-raised chicken (sauté in 2 Tbsp. avocado oil, lemon juice, other herbs of choice
Serve over arugula tossed with olive oil, lemon juice and salt. 1 sliced peach (or local fruit in season)
