Green Smoothie
Romaine lettuce with sliced avocado
4 ounces wild-caught salmon
Roasted artichoke hearts
2 Tbsp. avocado oil, garlic, and sea salt - combine oil, garlic, and salt to use as dipping oil for artichoke heart
Romaine lettuce with guacamole
Cabbage steak
1⁄2 cup sliced onions, 2 celery stalks, chopped, 1 cup chopped carrots sauté or roast all veggies with herbs of your choice
Green Smoothie Recipe
• 1⁄2 cup baby spinach
• 1⁄2 avocado
• 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1⁄4 cup ice cubes
• 1 cup water
Blend together in a high - powered blender as a smoothie (can add more water until it is the desired consistency).
Want to change it up? Add carrot, ginger, mint, orange zest and/or stevia.
