  WEIGHT LOSS MD’S ANTI - INFLAMMATORY DIET - 3 DAY CLEANSE

Green Smoothie
Romaine lettuce with sliced avocado
4 ounces pasture-raised chicken (sauté in 2 Tbsp. avocado oil, lemon juice, other herbs of choice.
Serve over arugula tossed with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
Romaine lettuce with guacamole
4 ounces wild caught salmon (heat 2 Tbsp. avocado oil to high, then add salt, lemon juice and salmon. Cook to desired temperature on each side).
1⁄2 cup onions, sliced + 1 cup spinach, sliced - sauté both veggies in avocado oil and flavor with garlic, lemon juice and sea salt
Green Smoothie
Romaine lettuce with sliced avocado
4 ounces pasture-raised chicken
2 cups kale and mustard greens mix + 1⁄4 cup chopped carrot
2 Tbsp. avocado oil + herbs of choice (suggest lemon, sea salt or cilantro) mix together and use as salad dressing
Romaine lettuce with guacamole
4 ounces scallops or 4 wild caught shrimp
1 cup broccoli + 1 cup cauliflower, chopped and roasted with garlic and avocado oil
