Green Smoothie 1⁄4 cup nuts
Veggie pizza with 1 oz. Italian cheese and cauliflower crust (toppings suggestions: spinach, kale, arugula, onion)
2 cups mixed greens (kale, arugula, collards)
topped with chopped carrots, diced onions, and sliced radishes Dressing: Olive Oil + lemon juice + herbs of choice
Romaine lettuce with guacamole
4 ounces turkey, roasted
1⁄2 cup sliced beets (raw) - serve on top of turkey 1 cup roasted Brussels sprouts
Green or Paradox Smoothie
1⁄2 artichoke, roasted with garlic and drizzle of avocado or olive oil
Avocado Toast -1 pastured egg cooked to taste + 1⁄2 sliced avocado served on 1 warm Siete Cassava tortilla
1⁄2 cup roasted broccoli and walnuts
4 ounces prosciutto
8 spears asparagus (wrap prosciutto around each spear,
drizzle olive oil and salt, roast until asparagus is tender at 450 degrees) 1 cup carrots
