Belichick’s 31 career playoff wins are the most all-time among head coaches, while New England’s 16 playoff
          victories from 2010-19 are the most in any decade in NFL history. He has compiled a career playoff record of
          31-13, with his .705 playoff winning percentage placing him third in NFL history.


          The Patriots have consistently maintained their focus throughout the year and have played their best football late
          in the season. From 2001 through 2019, the Patriots led the league with a 114-35 (.765) overall record in games
          played on Thanksgiving or later. The club also posted an NFL-best in games played on Christmas or later and
          were an NFL-best 67-16 (.807) in the month of December. Additionally, Belichick is the first head coach in NFL
          history to lead a team to three straight 500-point seasons (2010- 12) and the Patriots are the first franchise in NFL
          history to score 500 or more points in four seasons.

                                          Powell was named President and CEO by the Board of Directors in July 2009. Since that
                                          time, Brown & Brown’s market cap has grown from $2.6B to $19.9B and our dedicated
                                          team has grown from 5,206 to more than 12,000.

                                          Powell’s unwavering focus on strategic expansion, efficient operations, innovation, and
                                          engagement sets the course for Brown & Brown’s more than 12,000 teammates in 350+
                                          locations across the U.S. and select global markets. During his 24-year tenure, Powell has
                                          held multiple leadership positions across Brown & Brown’s business segments. In 2007, he
                                          was named president and appointed to the company’s board of directors.

                                          Powell holds the professional designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

          He is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds an MBA from Duke University. He currently sits on the board of directors for
          the WestRock Company, an international paper and package company, and serves on the finance and nominating and corporate
          governance committees. He also serves on the board for Camp Boggy Creek, a nonprofit camp for chronically ill children.
