                            your day, particularly if  you need something quick and
                            easy. This smoothie not only tastes delicious but will also
                            assist with balancing energy levels, as it is full of both com-
                            plex carbohydrates and good-quality healthy fats. Figs are

               INGREDIENTS

               4 large fresh figs,    INSTRUCTIONS
                                      1.  Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed
