In this example; if the current oil life is 403 hours and the unit life is 23018, then the oil
life at 23406 must equal 701 and not 1300. This is determined by 23406-23108=298
hour increase in unit life. This is then added to the oil life: 403+298=701 new oil life.

It is the sole responsibility of the person taking the oil sample to ensure the data that
collected is accurate. Penn Power and its subsidiaries assume no responsibility for
incorrect interpretations based on incorrectly recorded data.

One sample kit is used for each asset. Meaning that it is NOT permissible to use engine
2 sample kit on engine 4. Additional sample kits can be obtained by contacting your
                       local parts team at parts@nes-wes.com

Currently the sample results are sent via email to the operators for your organization
and preselected personnel within the NES-WES Service Department and the Asset
Management Team. Going forward, the Asset Management Team will review the
analysis results and provide in writing a detailed review of the analysis and
recommendations for corrective action, if any. This will be communicated from the
Asset Management Team directly to the operations management team. Additionally,
this correspondence will be stored on the Penn Power SharePoint as stated in the
                       communication plan.
