There are four expression to say 12:00 in English:
- Twelve o’clock
- It’s midday, or
- It’s noon
- It’s midnight

Question word What + Noun : What time?
The question word what can be used as an adjective before a noun.
What time is it?
Answer: It’s 2:00 p.m.
What hours is the school open?
Answer: It’s open at six o’clock.
Others expression:
- What’s the time?
- Have you got the right time?
- Could you tell me the time?
- Do you know what time it is?
