G14 or 15 at the time, joined us. Her presence would unexpectedly connect to a pivotal moment three years later when
I met my future wife, Helen. Life has a way of weaving small coincidences into the larger tapestry of our stories, and
Nanci’s role is one I’ll share in a later chapter.
