     PFAS Research is Ongoing
Current scientific research suggests that exposure to high
levels of certain PFAS over many years, may lead to
adverse health outcomes such as developmental delays,
disruption of hormones in the body, low infant birth
weight, adverse effects on the immune system, among
                    other effects.
However, research is still ongoing to determine how
different levels of exposure to different PFAS can lead to
                    a variety of health effects.
