Meeting Water Demands
Water from wellfields (groundwater)
provides approximately 27% of water
delivered from the Middlesex system.
The rest comes from surface supply
sources.
Water delivered to customers from our groundwater
treatment facility may be blended with supplies from
our surface water treatment plant, which can help to
diminish the concentration of PFOA.
