1.3.6.9 Flying over water
a. When flying over water with a single-engine aircraft at a distance
exceeding gliding distance from a land area suitable for emergency
landing, the aircraft must be equipped with life vests for all persons on
board, placed easily accessible near each seat.
b. When flying over water at a distance greater than 50 NM from a land
area suitable for emergency landing, all aircraft must be equipped with
life vests for all persons on board, placed easily accessible near each seat.
Aircraft flying under the conditions mentioned in point b must also be equipped
with pyrotechnic emergency signaling equipment.
1.3.6.10 Aerobatics
Aerobatics may only be performed with approved aircraft. It must not be
performed in a way that endangers the life or property of others on the ground
or other air traffic.
Unless authorized by the Danish Civil Aviation Administration, aerobatics must
not be performed:
- Over densely populated areas, including holiday home areas, inhabited
campgrounds, and areas where large groups of people are gathered
outdoors.
- Under instrument weather conditions.
- At altitudes lower than 2000 feet above the highest point within 1.5 km
horizontal distance from the aircraft.

1.3.6.11 Flying in formation
Aircraft may not fly in formation unless the respective aircraft commanders
have made an agreement, and the flight is conducted according to the following
rules:
