With these markings, the holding point

position has been made.

When you taxi on the RWY, you can see what the

taxiways are called. This sign shows that taxiway B

goes to the left.

The number 3 to the right of the runway indicates that

there is 3000 feet of runway left.

If yellow markings like these are painted on the

runway and the red ILS sign is visible, it means

that you must use this marked holding point so

as not to interfere with ILS signals to incoming
aircraft.

When it is relevant to use this holding position, it is usually not weather for VFR

flight at all, so you will probably rarely need to use this holding point.

3.7 Interception of civilian aircraft

Finally, a little about interception. There are radio procedures that must be

followed.
