The method to find the path number is to round off the magnetic direction and

then enter "deca-degrees", i.e. round and divide by 10, and you have the path

number. This then gives lane 09 at the western end of the lane and lane 27 at

               the eastern end.

               3.5.2 Approach

Our route is here drawn from LEM and west of the runway at EKVJ to then make

an approach where we have the runway to our left and we make a left turn on

               the way to landing.

               It is called a "left-hand

               approach"

               The part of the approach

               west of the runway is
               called the crosswind. Then

               turn on the left downwind,

               then the left base and

               finally on the final.

The above are standard approaches for "left hand approaches".

Here is a sketch of a left hand circuit for Runway 09.

It is located north of the Runway.
