• Planning, compulsory purchase and judicial review advice to Bedford Borough Council on a new bypass for Bedford

LOUISA SWANTON

Career: Joined DJB in 2017 following a career at Lovells. Louisa has expertise in commercial and agricultural property.

• Investigating title and verifying the site assembly process for a Hong Kong investor taking security over a residential development
• Led a team on title investigations for 450 acres of land on the bank of the Thames, assessing suitability for an ambitious redevelopment
