DJB acted for the The Royal Parks in relation to Admiralty Arch which is currently being converted to a 5* hotel by a developer. The work was in connection with the grant of a licence to authorise the construction of a basement which will extend under The Mall, whilst seeking to preserve the ceremonial use of Admiralty Arch and integrity of St James's Park.
